I sorry, I fell asleep last night on the couch so I am filling in for yesterday. I got up early with my daughter yesterday and felt pretty good. I had a cancer fighting breakfast of kale, carrot juice, super green/apple juice, orange juice, vitamin C powder power pack, vitamins, minerals and 2 scrambled eggs. I usually can’t eat very well in the morning, but I did great. My children were out the afternoon and evening and they made sure I was comfortable and well fed. As the day went on, I ate a turkey sandwich, Greek yogurt, fresh beets (excellent for building up your blood and fighting cancer), pears, and lots of fluids. I find I get dehydrated easily, so I am learning to drink all day.
I want to share my remedy for nausea. My daughter remembered I like to eat fresh anise root. I tastes like licorice. She got it at our local fruit stand, I kind of looks like a flat onion with celery stalks. I eat the base root raw and just wash it off. I really helped. You might try that if you are nauseated. Food for thought. Keep eating as many colorful veggies and fruits as possible.
Try the raw anise
